Crust 1 1/2 cups crushed cocoanut cookies 6 tbs softened butter

Filling 1 cup cottage cheese 2/3 cup plain yogurt 4 tbs honey 2 oranges 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

  Melt butter and mix with cookies and spice to make standard cheesecake crust. Press into 9 inch springform pan and chill.
  Beat cheese, yogurt, honey till smooth. grate rind from both oranges and add to cheese mixture. Squeeze juice from one orange, place in saucepan with gelatin; dissolve over low heat, cool, then add to cheese mixture. Pour mixture into pan, chill till set. Remove white pith from remaining orange, cut out segments; arrange on top of cheesecake.
