Walnut Praline Cheesecake
Crust
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts -- toasted, finely chopped
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine -- melted
Topping
1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Filling
24 ounces cream cheese -- softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat oven to 300 f. Combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar and margarine. Press
into a 9" springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then eggs and vanilla until
smooth. Pour into pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Top
with Walnut Praline Topping. chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
Walnut Praline Topping: In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup each firmly packed dark
brown sugar and whipping cream. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer
for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts.
